We're a British Company and located in Wednesbury, England. Everything on our web site is kept in stock and dispatched from our warehouse. No shipping from China or long delivery times here.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed online will take 1-4 business days to arrive. The standard shipping offered is either Royal Mail 48 hour or Royal Mail 24 hour. Both are tracked services.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use Royal Mail, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Currently we only ship in the United Kingdom.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our work shoes and PPE, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You don`t need to contact us before your return . Just use second class postage from the post office for £3.10 and add your details inside the return so that we know it's from you.
